        Introduced  by  Sen. LATIMER -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Codes
 
        AN ACT to amend the penal law, in  relation  to  the  possession  of  an
          unmanned aircraft containing a deadly weapon
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 265.03 of the penal law is amended
     2  by adding a new paragraph (d) to read as follows:
     3    (d) possesses an unmanned  aircraft  containing  a  deadly  weapon  as
     4  defined in subdivision twelve of section 10.00 of this chapter; or
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
