Relates to deer management by the department of environmental conservation;
permits person licensed to hunt deer who has filled all of his/her valid deer
tags to assist and/or supervise other licensed hunters in hunting deer, except
that such person shall not shoot or attempt to shoot deer; also expands
department regulatory authority relating to the manner of taking, possession,
open seasons and bag limits for deer; authorizes the adoption of a rule or
regulation to permit transfer of deer management permits to licensed hunters.
