Requires health care provisions in all supreme court and family court child
support orders; provides that where a child is already insured the court order
would direct the parent providing the benefits to maintain coverage, unless

to apply for CHIP or Medicaid, as applicable; requires inclusion of health
insurance provisions in all court orders determining objections to cost of
