Authorizes the local county legislative body of the county of Dutchess to
establish a wireless surcharge not to exceed thirty cents per month on wireless
communications service in the county of Dutchess; provides such surcharge
moneys may be used for the payment of costs associated with the design,
construction, operation, maintenance and adminstration of public safety
communication networks serving such county.
