Requires banks operating ATM facilities to equip such facilities with 911 or
E-911 emergency access buttons wherever such emergency service is available;
requires a dedicated voice line; requires signage to warn of the punishments
provided by law for false reports or alarms; authorizes the superintendent of
banks to promulgate necessary regulations; provides that such requirements
shall only apply to New York city, the county of Nassau and the county of
Westchester.
