Prohibits retail sale of certain articles of children's clothing which have a
long drawstring which may be a hazard to children; applies to hood and neck
drawstrings and to dangerously long waist and bottom drawstrings; authorizes
the state attorney general to seek injunctive relief against persons selling
such items of clothing.
