clerk of the city, town, or village, who shall transmit this information to
emergency services personnel (police, fire or ambulance); further requires the
state fire administrator, in consultation with the department of environmental
conservation, to develop and maintain a list of common names of wild animals to
be reported; imposes civil penalties; directs the state fire administrator to
promulgate necessary and convenient regulations.
