Creates a temporary state commission on veterans employment for the purpose of
examining, evaluating and making recommendations concerning the scope, quality
and effectiveness of veterans services and the implementation and effectiveness
of the veterans bill of rights; provides that such commission shall consist of
thirteen members who shall review the impact of legislation and court decisions
on the employment of veterans, especially disabled veterans.
