Authorizes certain county operated NY Connects: Choices for Long Term Care
programs to participate in a universal assessment demonstration program funded
pursuant to chapter 53 of the laws of 2011; targets those as potentially in
need of respite, home delivered meals, and in-home services provided by the
aging network and licensed home and community services and nursing home level
of care.
