Relates to child sexual abuse reporting and child sexual abuse in higher
educational settings; requires reporting to law enforcement and the president
of the university by certain individuals; establishes penalties for failure to
report when required; prohibits a school president from making an agreement
with the alleged abuser to withhold from law enforcement authorities a report
of child sexual abuse in return for the resignation or voluntary suspension;
makes such failure to report a class E felony.
