 TITLE OF BILL :  An act to amend the executive law, in relation to
menus for the visually impaired

 PURPOSE OR GENERAL IDEA OF BILL : To amend the executive law, in
relation to menus for the visually impaired.

 SUMMARY OF SPECIFIC PROVISIONS : Provides for the offering of special
menus printed in 18-point bold font type, with suitable ink/paper
contrast, for visually impaired patrons of restaurants.

 JUSTIFICATION :To provide assistance to the visually impaired when
ordering food at a restaurant.
