| Provides that, in a city with a population of one million or more, no retail license for the on premises consumption of alcohol may be granted to an establishment located within two hundred feet of the exterior boundary of any parcel of land on which a building used wholly or partially as a school is located; provides that such two hundred feet measurement shall be taken in straight lines from the center of the nearest entrance of the premises seeking such license to the nearest exterior boundary of the parcel of land on which the building used wholly or partially as a school is located. |
