       AN  ACT  to  amend  the  alcoholic  beverage control law, in relation to
         authorizing farm wineries to store and sell the equipment and supplies
         used for wine-making

         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

    1    Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 4 of section 76-a of the alco-
    2  holic  beverage control law is amended by adding a new subparagraph 7 to
    3  read as follows:
    4    (7) WINE-MAKING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED  TO,
    5  GRAPES,  GRAPE JUICE, GRAPE MUST, HOME WINE-MAKING KITS, PRESSES, PUMPS,
    6  BOTTLING EQUIPMENT, FILTERS, YEASTS, CHEMICALS AND OTHER WINE ADDITIVES,
    7  WINE STORAGE OR FERMENTING VESSELS, BARRELS, AND BOOKS OR OTHER  WRITTEN
    8  MATERIAL  TO  ASSIST  WINE-MAKERS  AND  HOME  WINE-MAKERS TO PRODUCE AND
    9  BOTTLE WINE.
   10    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
