| Requires each pharmacist dispensing an opioid to include a pamphlet with warnings relating to the risks of using such controlled substances, signs of addiction, HOPELINE contact information and the proper procedures for disposal of unused controlled substances; requires such pamphlet be established and distributed by the office of alcoholism and substance abuse services; requires each hospital, discharging a patient who has been administered an opioid while in the hospital, to include such information in the discharge information to such patient. |
