AN ACT to amend chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the public
authorities law relating to the construction and financing of facili-
ties for certain public libraries, in relation to including Smithtown
Special Library District within the provisions of such chapter
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 5 of chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the
2 public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of
3 facilities for certain public libraries, as separately amended by chap-
4 ters 488 and 504 of the laws of 2006, is amended to read as follows:
5 § 5. The following libraries shall be eligible public libraries for
6 purposes of title 4 of article 8 of the public authorities law:

8 Rogers Memorial Library Company
9 Hendrick Hudson Free Library
10 Riverhead Free Library
11 Northern Onondaga Public Library District
12 Suffern Free Library
13 Haverstraw King's Daughters Public Library
14 Crandall Public Library
15 Sayville Library
16 Monroe Free Library
17 Harborfields Public Library
18 Howland Public Library
19 Patchogue-Medford Library
20 New City Library
21 Babylon Public Library
22 Lindenhurst Memorial Library
