GUNTHER -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Libraries and Education Technology -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee AN ACT to amend chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of facili- ties for certain public libraries, in relation to including the Mama- kating library district within the provisions of such chapter The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 5 of chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the 2 public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of 3 facilities for certain public libraries is amended by adding a new 4 subdivision 45 to read as follows: 5 45.
