        Introduced  by Sen. SCARCELLA-SPANTON -- read twice and ordered printed,
          and when printed to be committed to the Committee on  Veterans,  Home-
          land Security and Military Affairs
 
        AN  ACT  to amend chapter 413 of the laws of 2015 amending the executive
          law relating to quarterly claim reports for certain  disaster  assist-
          ance, in relation to the effectiveness thereof
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 413 of the laws of 2015  amending  the
     2  executive  law  relating to quarterly claim reports for certain disaster
     3  assistance, as amended by chapter 713 of the laws of 2019, is amended to
     4  read as follows:
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
     6  deemed repealed December 2, [2023] 2027.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
