        AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to requiring menstru-
          al products in public colleges and universities
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Title 6 of article 2 of the public health law is amended by
     2  adding a new section 267-b to read as follows:
     3    § 267-b. Menstrual products in public colleges and  universities.  All
     4  public  colleges  and  universities in the state shall provide menstrual
     5  products in the restrooms of such school  building  or  buildings.  Such
     6  products shall be provided at no charge to students.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
