"I'm curious form your experience in litigating these cases (Prospect Park) in whether you have recommendations for what legislatively could be the fix, that we could better protect people. Still operators need to operate so, one person suggested a year-long notice process and that of course could be difficult for an entity to be able to keep workers for a year… What kind of procedures could we institute legislatively that would better protect residence," asked Assemblymember Jo Anne Simon of Director of Litigation for Disability and Aging Rights, Kevin Cremin during the public hearing hosted by the Judiciary Committee,  to examine the impact of the 2017-2018 enacted state budget on the judiciary and the administration of justice in New York.
