Windows Brooklyn Comes to Assemblywoman Joan Millman’s District Office

Brooklyn – Assemblywoman Joan Millman’s Brooklyn office is hosting a local artist Susan Canaday Henry’s work as part of Windows Brooklyn 2009. Windows Brooklyn gives artists the unique opportunity to showcase their creations in the windows of local businesses in Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens. The art will be on display from June 6-13, 2009.

“Thanks to the creative vision of the organizers of Windows Brooklyn, businesses in Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill will benefit from increased foot traffic and interest in their store windows and artists will benefit from the added exposure,” said Millman. “I encourage everyone to come out and enjoy Windows Brooklyn. Next year I hope even more artists and business owners participate in this event.”
