Dinowitz Has New York State Tax Forms Available for His Constituents

With tax time now upon us, Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz has 2005 New York State Tax forms available in his district office.

All State forms are available but in limited amounts. Forms will be distributed on a first come first serve basis.

"I am pleased to make tax forms available for my constituents again this year. I urge everyone who wants forms to come to my office as soon as they can, any weekday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.," said Dinowitz.

Assemblyman Dinowitz’ district office is located at 3107 Kingsbridge Avenue.
