Dear Neighbor,

Welcome to my Web site. This site will provide a forum where I will post information about our community which may be of interest to you, fill you in on the latest goings-on at the State Capitol in Albany, and tell you about other things that are occurring across our region and the Empire State. Please feel free to look around and make yourself at home. I encourage you to leave feedback and ideas on the issues important to all of us here in the Niagara region. My offices telephone numbers as well as my e-mail address are on this site as well and I look forward to hearing from you.

To those of you whom I have not yet had the good fortune to meet, I have represented the community I call home for the last 9 years and during that time I have worked tirelessly to make this a place where people want to live, work and raise a family.

I believe that one of the most important aspects of my job is creating economic development opportunities for the Niagara Region. One of those important economic forces in the region is our strong agriculture base. I take immense pride in the relationships I have built over the years with members of the agricultural community. In addition, Niagara Falls is the second most visited tourist destination in New York State. The estimated 15 million annual visitors highlights the importance tourism plays in the local economy. Energy is a focal point of Niagara County, as we are the home of the renowned Niagara Power Project, the state’s foremost Hydro Electric generating facilities.

On this site, you will find additional information about these and many other key issues. As time goes on I will be using this site to update our community on the issues and legislation my colleagues and I are working on, as well as important links to better serve our community and work to make our neighborhoods and our state a better place to live.
