Assemblymember Bronson Supports Ethics Reform Measure: Governor, Senate and Assembly Agree on Ethics Reform
June 6, 2011
“The Governor, along with the Senate and Assembly, have come to an agreement on an ethics reform package that will begin to restore faith in government. The agreement announced will be a step forward in restoring the trust of the people in state government again. This legislative package will create transparency within state government, require public officials to disclose all sources of income and establishes an independent Joint Commission that will have tough oversight of state government. This reform agenda is vitally important to bring faith back to government and I look forward to voting on this legislation before the end of session.”
