Assemblyman Phil Palmesano (R,C,I – Corning) recently welcomed his predecessor, former Assemblyman Jim Bacalles, as well as John Tighe, Corning City Fire Chief, to the Assembly chamber.
Bacalles was up to attend the Assembly’s Annual Pilots Dinner, a celebration for current and former members of five terms or more, and Tighe, who recently completed his first year as chief, joined his fellow fire chiefs for the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs’ legislative awareness day.
