February 16, 2011
Syracuse University College of Law honored Assemblyman William B. Magnarelli for securing $250,000 to create Technology Commercialization Clinics at three other universities. The clinics pair graduate and law students with start-up companies. The students help the entrepreneurs transform research and inventions into marketable products. Assemblyman William B. Magnarelli spoke with Rick Richmond, CEO of SiMPore, Joseph Scaduto, assistant director of Business Development at SUNY Stony Brook University, and Eben Bayer of Ecovative Design at the event.
