“I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former Oswego County Sheriff “Moe” Todd. He was more than a great public servant, who dedicated over 40 years of his life to local law enforcement. He was a dear friend and part of the very fabric of the Oswego community. His commitment to protecting all of us was truly admirable, and his loss is deeply felt by those who had the privilege of knowing him. During this difficult time, I want to extend my deepest condolences to his wife, Valerie, and his loved ones.
