Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,C-Canandaigua)(right of center) joined Assemblyman Colin Schmitt (R,C,I,Ref- New Windsor) (left of center) in welcoming members of the New Windsor Police Department, along with members of their families, to the Capitol on Tuesday.
