Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,C-Canandaigua) delivered remarks earlier today at the annual EMS (Emergency Medical Services) Memorial Ceremony in Albany, which honors individuals who have lost their lives in the line of duty serving our state. Leader Kolb joined numerous emergency service departments, community residents and his legislative colleagues for this important event, which was held in conjunction with National EMS Week.
