LEGISLATIVE ACTION
The Legislature rejects the Executive`s proposal to merge the Division
of Parole into a new Department of Justice. Additionally, the
Legislature adjusts Federal Anti-Drug appropriations to more
accurately reflect available funds and adds $25,000 for the Parole
Officers Memorial Fund.
