        Introduced  by  M.  of A. GUNTHER, RAIA -- read once and referred to the
          Committee on Real Property Taxation
 
        AN ACT in relation to properties receiving a 480-a tax exemption
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Any  amendments to section 480-a of the real property tax
     2  law initiated by the state's department  of  environmental  conservation
     3  shall  only apply to applications made on or after the effective date of
     4  this act.
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
