          the  Committee  on Health -- reported and referred to the Committee on
          Ways  and  Means  --  committee  discharged,  bill  amended,   ordered
          reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee

        AN  ACT  to amend the public health law, in relation to making certified
          peer recovery advocate telehealth  services  and  credentialed  family
          peer advocates eligible for reimbursement
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 2999-cc of the public  health  law
     2  is amended by adding a new paragraph (t-1) to read as follows:
     3    (t-1) certified peer recovery advocate services providers certified by
     4  the  commissioner of addiction services and supports pursuant to section
     5  19.18-b of the mental hygiene law and peer advocates recognized  by  the
     6  office  of  mental  health, including family peer advocates certified or
     7  credentialed by the office of mental health;
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
