AN ACT to repeal section 33 of part C of chapter 58 of the laws of 2005
amending the social services law relating to the family health plus
program and to repeal section 28 of part E of chapter 63 of the laws
of 2005 amending the social services law relating to the family health
plus program, relating to the eligibility requirements for the family
health plus program
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 33 of part C of chapter 58 of the laws of 2005,
2 amending the social services law relating to the family health plus
3 program is REPEALED.
4 § 2. Section 28 of part E of chapter 63 of the laws of 2005, amending
5 the social services law relating to the family health plus program is
6 REPEALED.
7 § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
