        Introduced  by M. of A. MAGEE -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Economic Development, Job Creation, Commerce and Industry
 
        AN ACT to amend the alcoholic  beverage  control  law,  in  relation  to
          authorizing farm wineries to store and sell the equipment and supplies
          used for wine-making
 

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 4 of section 76-a of the alco-
     2  holic beverage control law is amended by adding a new subparagraph 7  to
     3  read as follows:
     4    (7)  Wine-making equipment and supplies including, but not limited to,
     5  grapes, grape juice, grape must, home wine-making kits, presses,  pumps,
     6  bottling equipment, filters, yeasts, chemicals and other wine additives,
     7  wine  storage or fermenting vessels, barrels, and books or other written
     8  material to assist wine-makers  and  home  wine-makers  to  produce  and
     9  bottle wine.
    10    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
