        Introduced  by M. of A. BRONSON -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Labor
 
        AN ACT to repeal subdivision 11 of section 590 of the labor law,  relat-
          ing  to  benefits  based  on  non-professional employment with certain
          educational institutions
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-

        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subdivision 11 of section 590 of the labor law is REPEALED.
     2    §  2. This act shall take effect on the first of January next succeed-
     3  ing the date on which it shall have become a law.
