        Introduced  by M. of A. MILLMAN -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Education
 
        AN ACT to repeal subdivision 3 of section 3003  of  the  education  law,
          relating to qualifications of superintendents
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 

     1    Section 1. Subdivision 3 of section  3003  of  the  education  law  is
     2  REPEALED.
     3    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
