        Introduced by M. of A. BUCHWALD -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Ways and Means
 
        AN ACT to amend chapter 507 of the laws of 2016, relating to the imposi-
          tion  of  an  occupancy tax in the village of Harrison, in relation to
          extending the effectiveness thereof

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 507 of the laws of 2016, relating to
     2  the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of Harrison is amended
     3  to read as follows:
     4    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
     5  deemed repealed September 1, [2019] 2022.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
