        Introduced  by  M.  of  A.  N. RIVERA  --  read once and referred to the
          Committee on Tourism, Parks, Arts and Sports Development
 
        AN ACT in relation to requiring the placement  of  the  New  York  state
          tourism website on all state vehicles
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-

        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Logo placement. Any  non-emergency  vehicle  owned  by  the
     2  state shall have placed on the vehicle and in such a way as to be easily
     3  read  and  recognized  by drivers and passersby, the internet address of
     4  the official New York state tourism website.  The  placement  shall  not
     5  obscure  any  markings necessary for identifying the vehicle, its regis-
     6  tration or any such markings necessary to associate  such  vehicle  with
     7  the state.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect on the one hundred twentieth day after
     9  it shall have become a law.
