          referred to the Committee on Labor
 
        AN ACT to direct the workers' compensation board to establish and  oper-
          ate  a  video  conferencing  workers' compensation hearing site in the
          city of Hornell, county of Steuben
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  The workers' compensation board shall establish, maintain
     2  and operate a video conferencing workers' compensation hearing  site  in
     3  the  city  of Hornell, county of Steuben, within 1 year of the effective
     4  date of this act.
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
