        Introduced  by M. of A. NOJAY -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Environmental Conservation -- committee discharged,  bill  amended,
          ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee
 
        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  environmental  conservation law, in relation to
          authorizing hunting in the county of Livingston; and providing for the
          repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof
 

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Paragraph  a  of  subdivision 2 of section 11-0907 of the
     2  environmental conservation law is amended by adding a new  item  (m)  to
     3  read as follows:
 
     4  (m) The county of      Deer, the first Saturday    Pistol, shotgun,
     5  Livingston             after November 15           crossbow, muzzle
     6                         through first Sunday        loading firearm,
     7                         after December 7            rifle or long bow
 
     8    §  2.  Item  (f) of paragraph a of subdivision 2 of section 11-0907 of
     9  the environmental conservation law, as amended by section 14 of part  EE

    10  of chapter 55 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows:
 
    11  (f) Southern tier,        Deer, first              Pistol, shotgun,
    12    central and Western     Monday after November    crossbow,
    13    region, except those    15 through first         muzzle loading
    14    counties or portions    Tuesday after            firearm or
    15    thereof listed in       December 7               long bow only
    16    item (i), (k)
    17    [or], (l) or (m)
    18    of this paragraph
    19    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately, provided that:
    20    a.  the  amendments to paragraph a of subdivision 2 of section 11-0907
    21  of the environmental conservation law made by sections one  and  two  of
    22  this  act shall be subject to the expiration and reversion of such para-

     1  graph pursuant to section 13 of chapter 600 of  the  laws  of  1993,  as
     2  amended;
     3    b.  nothing  contained  in this act shall be construed so as to extend
     4  the provisions of this act beyond October 1, 2016, when upon  such  date
     5  this  act  shall  expire  and  the  provisions contained herein shall be
     6  deemed repealed.
