        Introduced  by M. of A. LOPEZ -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Governmental Operations
 
        AN ACT to amend chapter 325 of the laws of 2015, authorizing the commis-
          sioner of general services to transfer and convey certain  unappropri-
          ated state land to the county of Greene, in relation to using the land
          for  a  911 emergency call center; and other necessary law enforcement
          and municipal facilities
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1. Subdivision (a) of section 5 of chapter 325 of the laws of
     2  2015, authorizing the commissioner of general services to  transfer  and
     3  convey  certain  unappropriated  state  land to the county of Greene, is
     4  amended to read as follows:
     5    (a) The land described in this act shall be used exclusively  for  the
     6  purposes  of operating and maintaining a county correctional facility; a
     7  911 emergency call center;  and  other  necessary  law  enforcement  and
     8  municipal facilities.
     9    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
