        Introduced by M. of A. McDONALD -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Small Business
 
        AN  ACT to amend chapter 731 of the laws of 2019  amending the executive
          law relating to regulatory fines for small businesses, in relation  to
          the effectiveness thereof
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 731 of the laws of 2019  amending  the
     2  executive  law  relating  to  regulatory  fines for small businesses, as
     3  amended by chapter 752 of the laws  of  2021,  is  amended  to  read  as
     4  follows:
     5    §  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
     6  deemed repealed December 20, [2024] 2027.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
