        Introduced  by  Sen.  DeFRANCISCO -- read twice and ordered printed, and
          when printed to be committed to the Committee on Transportation
 
        AN ACT to amend the highway law, in relation to including a  portion  of
          state routes 41 and 41-A in the New York state scenic byways system
 

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section  349-dd  of  the  highway  law  is
     2  amended by adding a new paragraph (j-11) to read as follows:
     3    (j-11) That portion of state route forty-one and that portion of state
     4  route forty-one-A in the counties of Onondaga, Cayuga and Cortland.
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
