DeFRANCISCO -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Transportation AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to allowing a combination of vehicles to be operated on certain roads The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 16 of section 385 of the vehicle and traffic 2 law is amended by adding a new paragraph (v) to read as follows: 3 (v) over a route extending north and south on Oswego Road, County 4 Route 57, between New York state thruway exit 38 and its intersection 5 with Liverpool Bypass and east and west on Liverpool Bypass to its 6 intersection with Morgan Road and north and south on Morgan Road between 7 said intersection and no. 7272 Morgan Road where the commissioner of 8 transportation determines that the vehicle or combination of vehicles 9 could operate safely along the designated route and that no applicable 10 federal law, regulation or other requirement prohibits the operation of 11 such vehicle or combination of vehicles on such route. 12 § 2.
