        Introduced  by  Sen. HOYLMAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Judiciary
 
        AN ACT to repeal article 8 of the domestic relations  law,  relating  to
          the prohibition of surrogate parenting contracts
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-

        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Article 8 of the domestic relations law is REPEALED.
     2    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
