        AN ACT to amend the real property tax law, in relation to providing that
          state lands within the Eastport-South Manor  Central  School  District
          are subject to taxation for school purposes
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (e) of subdivision 1 of section 536 of  the  real
     2  property  tax  law,  as amended by section 4 of part CC of chapter 58 of
     3  the laws of 2018, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (e) Lands owned by the state, within the core preservation area of the
     5  Central Pine Barrens area as described and bounded by subdivision eleven
     6  of section 57-0107 of the environmental conservation law, situate in the
     7  following school districts:
 
     8  County                School District               Town
