        Introduced  by  Sen. BONACIC -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Civil Service and Pensions
 
        AN ACT relating to making the unregistered domestic  partner  of  Martin
          McWilliams  eligible  to  receive  benefits under section 208-f of the
          general municipal law and section 13-347 of the administrative code of

          the city of New York
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 162 of the laws
     2  of 2003, the unregistered domestic partner of Martin McWilliams shall be
     3  entitled to receive benefits under section 208-f of the general  munici-
     4  pal law and section 13-347 of the administrative code of the city of New
     5  York.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
