        Introduced  by  Sen.  HANNON -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules
 
        AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to the  early  inter-
          vention coordinating council quorum
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 2553 of the public health  law  is
     2  amended by adding a new paragraph (e) to read as follows:
     3    (e) A majority of the appointed voting membership of the council shall
     4  constitute a quorum.
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
