        Introduced  by  Sen.  MAY  --  read  twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Commerce, Economic  Devel-
          opment and Small Business
 
        AN  ACT  to  amend  the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to a
          license to sell liquor at retail for consumption on certain premises
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Subdivision  7  of  section  64 of the alcoholic beverage
     2  control law is amended by adding a  new  paragraph  (e-14)  to  read  as
     3  follows:
     4    (e-14)  Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) of this subdi-
     5  vision, the  authority  may  issue  a  retail  license  for  on-premises
     6  consumption  for  a  premises  which shall be located within two hundred
     7  feet of a building occupied as a  school,  church,  synagogue  or  other
     8  place  of  worship, provided such premises constitute a premises for the
     9  sale of food or beverages at retail  for  consumption  on  the  premises
    10  located  wholly within the boundaries of the county of Onondaga, bounded
    11  and described as follows:
    12    Beginning at the intersection of the southwesterly boundary  of  Court
    13  Street  with  the  easterly  boundary of Windham Avenue, said point also
    14  being the northwesterly corner of said Lot No.314 of Lyncourt Lawns;
    15    Thence S. 67°-14'-30" E., along said southwesterly boundary  of  Court
    16  Street,  a  distance  of 225.86 feet to the northeasterly corner of said
    17  Lot No.3;
    18    Thence S. 22°-45'-28" W., along the easterly boundary of said Lot No.3
    19  of Lyncourt Knolls, a distance of 112.01 feet to the northerly  boundary
    20  of Lot No.5 of Lyncourt Knolls;
    21    Thence N. 79°-00'-48" W., along said northerly boundary of Lot No.5 of
    22  Lyncourt  Knolls,  a distance of 107.26 feet to the easterly boundary of
    23  Lot No.313 of Lyncourt Lawns;
    24    Thence N. 10°-43'-54" E., through said Lot No.1 of Lyncourt Knolls,  a
    25  distance  of  81.52  feet  to the easterly prolongation of the northerly
    26  face of an existing concrete pad;
 
         EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                              [ ] is old law to be omitted.

     1    Thence N. 75°-58'-26" W., along said easterly prolongation  and  along
     2  said  northerly  face  of  the  existing  concrete  pad and its westerly
     3  prolongation, a distance of 105.0 feet to a point in the easterly bound-
     4  ary of Windam Avenue;
     5    Thence  N.  22°-41'-00"  E.,  along  said easterly boundary of Windham
     6  Avenue, a distance of 70.10 feet to the point of beginning.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
