Section 20-324 of the administrative code of the city of 2 New York is amended by adding a new subdivision d to read as follows: 3 d. Any licensee who maintains, conducts or operates a parking lot or 4 garage is prohibited from increasing its schedule of rates by greater 5 than ten percent over a twelve month period. 6 § 2.
