DAVILA -- read once and referred to the Committee on Health -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee AN ACT to amend the social services law, in relation to including seizure detecting monitors for certain infants under standard coverage for Medicaid recipients The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 365-a of the social services law 2 is amended by adding a new paragraph (oo) to read as follows: 3 (oo) seizure detecting monitors for infants who have epilepsy, other 4 seizure disorders, or a family history of seizures. Coverage shall be 5 limited to one monitor. 6 § 2. This act shall take effect on the first of January next succeed- 7 ing the date upon which it shall have become a law.
